ProtectionHow it works

Nobody ships on trust.

We hold the money in the middle. The seller never ships before the buyer has paid, and the buyer's money never reaches the seller until the club is in their hands and checked.

1

Buyer pays us, not the seller

The full amount — club and postage — is taken at checkout and held by us. The seller receives nothing at this stage, and the buyer's card details are never shared with them.

2

Seller gets the go-ahead

We email a prepaid, tracked and insured postage label. The seller ships knowing the money is already secured. Clubs go out within three working days, or the sale is cancelled and the buyer refunded in full.

3

48 hours to check it over

From the moment it's delivered, the buyer has two days to say the club isn't what the listing described. Hit it, look at it, compare it to the photos and the grade.

4

Money moves

No problem raised, and the seller is paid automatically — full price, minus our 5%. Problem raised, and the money stays put until it's settled.

What ifIt goes wrong

Straight answers

I sent my club and the buyer never paid.

Can't happen. We only tell you a club is sold once the money is taken and held. The postage label doesn't exist until the payment does.

I paid and nothing arrived.

Every label is tracked and insured. If tracking shows it never arrived, you're refunded in full. The seller isn't out of pocket either — that's what the insurance is for.

It turned up worse than the listing said.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We compare them to the listing photos and the grade the seller gave. If the club was oversold, you send it back and get refunded — return postage on us. If the difference is minor, we may agree a partial refund instead.

The buyer is claiming something that isn't true.

This is why we ask for honest photos up front. Your listing is the evidence. If the club matches what you showed and graded, the sale stands and you get paid.

I've changed my mind.

Most clubs here are sold by private golfers, not shops, so the automatic right to cancel a distance purchase doesn't apply the way it would buying new. Our 48-hour window covers clubs that aren't as described — not clubs you simply decided against.
